  4. I am a type O neg and there is lot of things I shouldn’t eat that I enjoy and eat regularly like pork, potatoes, pasta,dairy products ect. Nothing seems to bother me and it really comes down to a matter of taste and the question of being able to buy it.

  8. “Kiwi” is in the wrong section, it is listed as Fruit when it should be listed under Meat & Poultry. Also it is illegal to kill or eat Kiwi, being an endangered bird so probably not a good idea to promote consumption of said animal.

    I am o rh negative. I had an allergy test a month ago and the told me to avoid wheat. Onions oranges and lemons. But I did think I should be avoiding dairy but the test said I was fine with dairy. Also fine with pork . Wondering y it said I’m fine with dairy and pork even though I though I wasnt

    • Hi, I’m also O- and just starting to learn about the do’s and don’ts. May i ask why you had an allergy test? I haven’t had any concerns with allergies but I’m not curious about this test.

    • While you may not be allergic to pork or dairy it doesn’t effect if your body will metabolize it well. I may not be allergic to sugar, but I should still not consume it regularly. Hope this makes sense :-)

    • I avoid all uncured pork. See The Weston Price Foundation—it agglutinates the blood (blood cells clump together). However, cured pork, bacon, ham, sausages do not.
      I do have cured pork at times as I have given up all fowl and fish—I only eat mammal—and I like them on the rare occasion.
      I find chicken does not satisfy my appetite. I can eat lots, be stuffed but still hungry. Chicken also exasperates my eczema. Went off all foul for six+ months, and my eczema was much less irritating; then, when I tried some I had a terrible outbreak.
      Also check out Brian Peskin on fish and crustaceans. The body needs PEOs, Parent Essential Oils, he says. Fish oils, Omegas, get shuttled to the inside of cells, where no fat should be, and his studies and Otto Warburg show that this is the cause of our major problems today: cancer, diabetes, heart disease. It’s a long study but now I avoid all fish and their oils; Hemp oil is in perfect balance for PEOs and I use that and its oil now.
      Remember to study all sides to every argument.
