When I started my way in fitness, I had nothing but naked enthusiasm and love for training. But what is the use of putting in the gym, if you can not get the most out of every workout? So I decided that food would be my source of fuel. This is the basis of my diet.

My philosophy of nutrition is:

Constantly surprise your body!

I like to train. Since 18 years, I read everything that comes to my eyes, and I like to get new knowledge. In my training, I always try to use a variety of techniques and training styles. From days dedicated to heavy power training, I turn to light days, and then – to trainings with moderate intensity. I actively introduce high-intensity training methods, such as supersets, trisets, giant sets, drop sets, rest-pause training, pyramids, negatives and circular training.

All that I do, continues to amaze my body, and it gives me a lot of fun. I turn to cardio from 3 to 5 once a week, depending on whether I'm preparing for competitions. And I do not believe in hours of cardio. My cardio does not last long, I prefer VIIT. I think it's better to eat right and allocate time for strength training, rather than relying on endless cardio sessions. In my case it works.

I never repeat one workout twice. I keep a diary and always change the exercises. Every training I start with basic exercises, and this allows me to significantly increase the overall intensity of the load.
