Kefir is one of the few foods that is not only dietary (in 100 ml contains only 40-60 kcal), but it is also very useful for our body, or rather for the work of the digestive tract.

Kefir is easily digested and creates a specific microflora, which contributes to the removal of all harmful substances from the body. This purification results in:

  • acceleration of digestion;
  • improving the assimilation of micro and macroelements;
  • termination of putrefactive processes that simply poison our body from within.

On the shelves of the store you can meet kefir with different percentage of fat. But for people trying to lose weight, it is best to choose this product either in a low-fat state, or with a low fat content (no more than 1%).

Beetroot is rich in vitamins and minerals. But with all its wealth, it has a low calorie content (total 40 kcal per 100 gram). Beets are very useful in iron deficiency anemia and diseases associated with blood vessels and heart work.

It contains pectins, which in combination with kefir carry out a complete cleansing of the body. The various mono-diets assume the use of this product in an amount not less than 1 kg. If you use it in smaller volumes, the proper effect may not be.

Beet diet with kefir is calculated for 3 days. During this time, your body is completely cleansed of all the harmful that accumulated in it for a long time, and while losing a couple of three extra pounds.

In a day you will need to eat a kilogram of beet, drink a half liter of 1% kefir and as much pure drinking water.

You can use these products separately from each other. That is, there is a boiled beet and drink it with kefir. Or else drink a special cocktail that will consist of them. For its preparation, you need to boil a kilogram of beetroots in advance and cool it. Then cut into small pieces and pour them 1,5 l kefir. All must be blended to a homogeneous mass.

Ready-made cocktail should be consumed within one day. And in the intervals between his methods, it is necessary to drink water. There is nothing more to eat.

Cocktail has a peculiar taste, which may not everyone will like. His taste can be changed a little, without hurting the figure, just adding greens or celery to it.

Beet-kefir diet is very strict and can lead to exacerbation of various diseases. It is not recommended for those who have problems with the work of housing and communal services, as well as any other chronic diseases, because there is a high probability of their exacerbation.

Do not stick to this diet for more than 3 days! Repeat mono-course is allowed only after 3-4 months. If during a diet you feel dizzy, nauseous, vomiting, malaise, you should abandon the idea of ​​losing weight by this method.

Often I consume kefir with beet for preventive purposes, only I do not mix, I make beetroot salad with apples and in the evening I drink fresh yogurt one or two glasses. Salad I fill with linen or olive oil, in the morning you can spoon on an empty stomach, no problems with visiting the toilet, although in one period I had to constantly take laxatives. Kefir is good at leaven "Bakdzdrav", I add a bag of 1-1,5 a liter of milk and leave it for the night in a warm place.
