Put the pan on the fire, after boiling slightly reduce it and cook the soup until the vegetables are completely cooked.

And at this time take the rice and cook it until ready in another saucepan and chop the green onions. The soup is almost ready. It remains only to combine all these elements and add salt to taste.

  • fresh beets – 2 pieces;
  • white cabbage – 0,5 kg;
