Ingredients:

  • 3-4 large tomatoes
  • ½ a cucumber

  1. Take the seeds out of the tomatoes and blanch them by boiling them in water for one minute.
  2. Put the tomatoes in ice water so that you can remove the skin quickly.

  4. Put 1/3 of the cucumber and the pepper to one side. Put the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend them into a puree.
  5. Chop the remaining cucumbers and peppers and add them to the soup. Stir them in with some extra chili flakes and serve.
