Carbohydrate Diet Plans for Weight Loss

Carbohydrate diet has several options, but they are all similar in one – you need to consume as many carbs as the body requires

Nutritionists have developed several general tips for simple carbohydrate diet to lose weight:

  • drink at least 1.5 liters of purified water per day;
  • a single portion of food should be 100 grams, liquid – 150 ml;
  • food should be separate (5-6 meals);
  • You can not eat 3 hours before bedtime;
  • Exclude fried, sweet soda, alcohol;
  • physical activity should gradually increase.

This diet includes foods with fiber and starch and a few simple carbohydrates. Healthy foods for carbohydrate diet: cereals, fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, dairy products. Only the sugar and flour will have to be completely abandoned. The amount of protein (meat, eggs, flour products) is also reduced.

  2. By eliminating fat and taking large amounts of vegetables and fruits, high in carbohydrates, the work of the cardiovascular system is optimized.
