From a scientific point of view, it’s more correct to speak not about the increased growth of muscles, but about increasing their volume – the very number of muscle fibers practically does not change during life and is set genetically. Strength training really makes fibers stronger, but they do not provoke their growth.

The main factors for fast muscle growth:

  • We are working with basic exercises. The training process includes such multi-joint exercises as squatting with a barbell on the shoulders, deadlift, bench press, etc.
  • A rational diet is provided. For natural muscle growth, it is required to consume an increased amount of protein to 2.5 g / kg of weight, eat often (up to 6 times a day) and do not forget about water and vitamins with minerals.
  • A full rest (sleep) is provided, which starts all the recovery processes of the body.
