The stroke diet is based on the principles of fractional nutrition, and the caloric content of the diet should not be more than 2500 kcal. The best stroke diet plan should contain a lot of fiber because it can avoid constipation caused by the use of other products. The diet menu for strokes must contain complex carbohydrates from plant foods, proteins, and fats of vegetable origin.

Stroke recovery diet recommends eating small portions at least 4 times a day. The last meal should be moderate and no later than 3 hours before bedtime.
