Detox-cocktails usually use juices, fresh or frozen berries, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, tea. This is a kind of salads in a liquid form. But from salads, they are characterized by the ease of mastering and the ability to eat much more useful products than in the whole species. If you find it difficult to eat, for example, whole beets or a bunch of parsley, turn them into a homogeneous puree with a blender, dilute with your favorite juice, yogurt or fresh berries, disguise the unusual taste of honey and drink to health. After the blender destroys the rigid cell membranes, vitamins and trace elements from the plants are digested much better. It should be remembered that detox-cocktails can contain strong acids and other active substances that stimulate digestion, so drinking them on an empty stomach is dangerous, the best time for acidic detox cocktails is 20-30 minutes after eating. If the cocktail contains no acids, you can drink it before meals. In any case, detox-cocktails can not be replaced by a meal. In these drinks there are no fats, very few proteins, and carbohydrates are for the most part indigestible fiber. You can lose weight on such a diet, but you will have to pay for it with health.

Another group – nutritious cocktails, usually contain proteins, fats and complex carbohydrates. They are prepared from various dairy products, nuts, seeds, avocados, bananas, vegetable oils. They also serve as an excellent source of vitamins and trace elements, but unlike detox-cocktails they perfectly satiate and permanently satisfy hunger, which is very important for those who are on a diet. Do not be afraid of high caloric content of these drinks. If you use quality natural products for their preparation, and before using this cocktail you jog or intensively exercise fitness, all calories will benefit – for building muscles, for feeding the brain and internal organs, for renewing skin cells. In these cocktails there is no the worst enemy of slimming – empty calories, which come straight to the fatty deposits. That is why protein cocktails can be considered as cocktails for weight loss – they saturate better than sweets and fast food, and at the same time do not contain anything harmful. Even the most high-calorie protein cocktail based on milk, bananas and nuts is much healthier than a low-calorie carbonated drink with chips. Let's remind once again: protein cocktails help to quickly lose weight only in a complex with physical exercises.

1 tsp green tea,

1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger,

1 tsp fennel seeds or dill,

1 tbsp lemon juice

Grind the ginger, turmeric and fennel seeds in a jar. Put the tea in the heated teapot, fill it with hot water, immediately pour the water into a jar of spices. Again pour the tea with water and pour into the jar. Cover the jar with a lid and cool to room temperature. Drink a cocktail several times during the day, after 20-30 minutes after eating, adding a little lemon juice.

Green detox cocktail

1 glass of orange juice

Wash the greens, dry, chop the blender along with the twigs. Add the banana and juice, grind again. Drink immediately, do not prepare this cocktail beforehand.

Cucumber cocktail with celery

1 stalk of celery,

100 g cranberries or cranberries,

1 bunch of spinach,

Kefir or mineral water – to taste

Vegetables cut into cubes, cut the core of the apple and cut the pulp, spin the spinach and dry it. Grind all the ingredients with a blender. If desired, dilute the cocktail with kefir or mineral water. Drink immediately after preparation.

1 raw beets of medium size,

1 a little radish,

1-2 garlic cloves,

1 a bunch of parsley,

1-2 Tbsp. lemon juice,

Peeled vegetables, cut into cubes, fold into a blender, add parsley and grind well. If necessary season with lemon juice and honey. Drink fresh, just before eating.

1 a glass of almond or cow's milk,

0,5 glass of walnuts,

1 tbsp. flaxseed or flax flour,

2-3 dates without seeds,

1 frozen banana,

Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender or chopper and turn into a smoothie. Drink after a workout or to tame the hunger before bed.

Nutritious date cocktail

8-10 large dates without pits,

1 tbsp. sunflower seeds or pumpkin,

1 a glass of curdled milk or kefir,

1 glass of apple juice,

1 pinch of cinnamon,

mineral water if necessary

Using a blender, turn all ingredients into puree. If it turned out too thick, dilute with mineral water. This cocktail recovers after training, can be used as a hearty breakfast during a diet.

Smoothies with cherries and spinach

1 a handful of raw almonds,

0,5 a glass of water,

1 a glass of frozen cherries without pits,

1 frozen banana,

0,5 a glass of orange juice,

1 a cup of fresh spinach,

Nuts, seeds for decoration

Almond soak for several hours, and preferably at night, rinse, put into a blender, pour with fresh water and chop. Add a slightly defrosted cherry and chopped frozen banana, grind again. Add the washed and dried spinach and orange juice, grind again. Pour the cocktail over the glasses, decorate with nuts or seeds. Drink for breakfast or for snack.

Berry cocktail with cashews

100-200 ml of unsweetened yogurt,

50 g raw cashew,

1 tbsp lemon juice

Cashew fill with water for a day, rinse, put in a blender, pour lemon juice and pice. Add berries, fresh or slightly defrosted, again purify. Dilute the cocktail with yogurt to the desired consistency.

Blueberry smoothies with avocado

1 tsp cocoa powder,

1 glass of yogurt, yogurt or curdled milk

Grind all the ingredients in the blender. You can do without it and mash the fork with avocado, kiwi and banana pulp. Add berries and cocoa, pour kefir and mix well. Drink for breakfast, for dinner, instead of afternoon tea, after a workout.

Carrot cocktail with cream

1 is a big apple,

mint for decoration

Carrots and apples peel, cut and grind with a blender. Add the cream, mix, pour over the glasses and decorate with fresh mint. Drink immediately.
