Coconut Bread Candida Diet

  • 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
  • 2 cups tapioca flour
  • 1/3 cup whole seeds, chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (or 7 drops of liquid stevia, or xylitol)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 large organic eggs
  • 1/3 cup organic yogurt (plain and low fat)
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the tapioca, almond flour, chia or ground flax, baking soda, xylitol and salt in a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  3. Add the eggs and yogurt to a small bowl. Whisk using an electric blender for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk with the mixer until the dough begins to form and is sticky and wet in texture.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it. Use a spatula to smooth out the batter so that it is an even and thin layer.
  6. Sprinkle the salt and herbs over the top.
  7. Place the tray in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes. Don’t let it bake for too long or it will dry it out. Insert a toothpick into the center of the Candida bread, if it comes out clean, you will know that it is ready.

Coconut Bread Candida free

Ingredients

  • ½ a cup of coconut flour
  • ½ a cup of buckwheat flour
  • ½ a cup of coconut milk (only use top creamy part)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder, aluminium free
  • Stevia
  • Yield: 1 loaf

Preparation time: 35 minutes

  • Blend the coconut oil, eggs, salt and stevia.
  • Add the coconut milk, coconut flour, baking powder, buckwheat flour, and continue to blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Grease a loafpan with coconut oil and transfer the batter into it. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  • The top of the loaf should be light green in color and firm. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flaxseed, roughly grounded
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • ½ a cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of avocado oil

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 12 people

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and place parchment paper on a 13 by 9 baking pan. Make sure the paper hangs over the sides. Set it to one side.
  • In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, flaxseed, and sea salt. Whisk together thoroughly and set to one side.
  • Pour the water, eggs and oil into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until the mixture turns to a foam.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Smooth it over using the back of a spatula and place the pan in the oven.
  • Bake the Candida bread for approximately 20 minutes. The top should be golden brown in color. Take the pan out of the oven and take it out of the pan using the sides of the parchment paper. Set it onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool for one hour.
  • Cut it into 12 pieces and serve with your desired topping.
