Dairy-free diet for nursing mothers

Mother's milk is absolutely harmless for the baby. At the first symptoms of a child's allergy to casein, you must begin to observe a non-dairy diet for a nursing mother. The essence of a dairy-free diet for nursing mothers is the complete exclusion of milk and sour-milk products from the diet.

It should be borne in mind that during the lactation period, the daily caloric intake of the ration of the nursing mother should be at least 2000 Kcal.
