Does the positive and negative Rh factor affect the diet?

In the vast majority of cases, people have a positive Rh factor of blood. It is negative only in 17% of people all over the world. It is worth noting that there will not be a difference in diet for them. The menu is selected exclusively for the blood group.

Two large-scale studies (UK, 2011 year, and Canada, 2014 year) have shown that there is no correlation between nutrition and blood group. In the first experiment, 14 000 women took part, and in the second 1500 people of different sex. Expressed weight loss or providing a healing effect in any group was not observed.

The nutritionist Lyudmila Denisenko asserts that until now there is no scientific confirmation that there is a correlation between the blood group and foods eaten. She believes that on a diet in this case must necessarily influence the Rh factor.

L. Denisenko points out that no protein enters the blood in its pure form, since in the digestive tract they are all cleaved to amino acids. Therefore, the blood "to recognize", which exactly the protein came to it (vegetable or animal), simply can not.

In addition, each person has his own way of life, people exist in different climatic conditions (some live in the Tundra and others in the tropics), so there can not be a single diet for the blood group either.

However, the described diet has some positive aspects:

It is not required to count kilocalories;

In the menu there are no sweets, muffins, sugar and fast food, which in itself allows you to lose weight and get better;

There are recommendations for doing physical exercises;

The diet is fairly balanced.

According to L. Denisenko, the proposed diet will allow to lose weight only due to the fact that a person will limit himself in sugar and begin to play sports. Therefore, such a diet will not damage health

Another doctor of the highest category and well-known nutritionist Rima Moiseenko emphasizes that it is impossible to select a universal diet for all people on the planet who share a common blood group. For example, if the "farmer" has gluten intolerance, and the "hunter" has gout, then how to be in this case? The question is rhetorical.

Nevertheless, the doctor does not speak out against the diet by blood groups, calling it useful. After all, it prohibits the use of alcohol, coffee, sugar, fatty foods. Ultimately, this will necessarily lead to weight loss.
