However, calcium is absorbed by the body only in combination with vitamin D, which is found in sea fish, egg yolks, cream and vegetable oil.

Diet during pregnancy 2 trimester for weight reduction is to reduce to a minimum fresh baked goods, confectionery with an abundance of cream, sweet desserts. Excess weight gained during pregnancy can lead not only to loss of harmony, but also to the appearance of varicose veins and drawing pains in the legs.

In the second trimester the fetus starts to breathe, and therefore it is necessary to ensure sufficient intake of oxygen into the body. Pregnant women are recommended daily walks in the fresh air, gymnastics.

  • Marinades, pickles, smoked products;

  2. Form small stuffed meatballs in the form of balls.
  3. Fry the meatballs from two sides in a pan with warmed vegetable oil, put into a saucepan.
  4. Add a liter of water to 2 st.l. tomato paste, mix, pour the meatball sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce the gas and simmer for 20 minutes.

Appetizing veal meatballs in tomato sauce is recommended to be included in the diet menu during pregnancy in the second trimester for dinner.

Salad with green beans

  • Chicken breast 250 gr;
  • String beans 500 gr;
  • Onions 1 pcs;
  • Bulgarian pepper 1 pcs;
  • Vegetable oil 3 item;
  • Greens to taste.
  1. String the beans into a saucepan, add water, cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Chicken breast rinse, dry, cut into strips, put into a pan, pour water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, then drain.
  3. Onions peeled, cut into cubes. Remove the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds, cut into half rings.
  4. In a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, pass onion until half cooked, then add chopped peppers and beans to it, stew for 5 minutes.
  5. Add to the vegetables boiled chicken meat, stew for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Before serving, decorate the dish with chopped herbs to taste.
