It is also advisable to remove salt, fats and reduce the amount of liquid drunk per day, up to one liter. The lacking drink is obtained with decoctions and fruit drinks from rose hips, lemons, black currants, bran.

Recommended: Food is taken in small fractions, in small portions, but this should not be “snacks on the go.” Food is based on sour-milk products – low-fat cottage cheese, cheese, yoghurt. The diet is replenished with enough vegetables and fruits, butter is allowed (slightly) and eggs are allowed.

Dietary nutrition for arthrosis and arthritis has common rules that should be adhered to to slow the progression of joint disease. The primary rule concerns the consumption of fatty acids (Omega-3). The menu, built on the products that contain this element, greatly alleviates the symptoms of the ailments and has a curative effect.
