The therapeutic menu is aimed at shaking the liver, and therefore in the diet, products containing carbohydrates and proteins predominate.
Dietary menu for hepatitis C involves reducing consumption of animal fats and salt, acid fruits and vegetables, confectionery products with an abundance of creams, carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol. Diet for hepatitis C is a high-calorie diet. The patient should receive at least 2300-2400 calories per day. The daily menu is designed for five meals in small portions. It is recommended to increase the volume of consumed liquid (water, weak tea, decoctions) to 2,5 liters per day.

Rice pudding diversifies the menu in the treatment of hepatitis C. With a diet, it can be consumed as a dessert and served with jam, jam or fresh fruit.

- a pinch of salt.
Wash the fillets, cut into small pieces, salt. Tomatoes should be boiled, peeled, cut into cubes. Pepper should be cleaned of seeds, rinsed, finely chopped. Put tomatoes and peppers in a heated pan for 5 minutes. We put into the frying pan the chopped pieces of turkey, carefully mix. Pour a glass of water, bring to a boil. We reduce the heat, stew, until the liquid evaporates completely (on average 20-30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
