But products of animal origin, which in this case have a high fat content, will not just be reduced in quantity, but completely excluded from your diet for a certain period. The food should be a fraction. It is better if six meals a day are made, but four will also be enough. Alcohol products can not be abused, but from smoking it is necessary to refuse completely.
