The latter are irreplaceable with increasing hemoglobin also because they are related to foods containing copper, and together with calcium it creates the most favorable background for the assimilation of iron.

Despite all the advantages of products of animal origin, it is not necessary to get too involved with them. The predominance of protein food in the diet leads to the fact that the mechanism of metabolism is lost, and this, in turn, turns into disturbances in the work of the kidneys.

Everyday menu with low hemoglobin is recommended so that 1 / 3 from each portion is made up of iron-containing products of animal origin, and 2 / 3 – vegetables, cereals, fruits. Oatmeal, barley, barley and millet cereals, spinach and green onions, young potatoes, radish, salads from raw beets, fruits – persimmon, figs, apples, pears, quince are recommended. Do not forget about the benefits of oat bran, pomegranate, black currant, raspberry, cornel and strawberry. However, much more effective from this point of view will be an egg shell with lemon juice – this simple tool can be easily prepared at home.

In addition, the assimilation of iron contributes to vitamin C, and therefore it would be advisable to consult on the topic of how useful lingonberries, in which it is contained in large quantities. Fruit and vegetable freshly squeezed juices, especially orange and tomato juices, will be a good help in raising hemoglobin, and it is also recommended to drink water fortified with lemon juice and cabbage brine. The use of tea and coffee is desirable to minimize, and ideally – to abandon it altogether, because caffeine interferes with the assimilation of iron.
