Diet with acetone in children: what can and can not?

Unfortunately, today the increase in the level of acetone in the blood in children is not uncommon and is observed more and more often. And this is connected with nutrition, which every year does not become healthy, but on the contrary, begins to contain more and more harmful toxic substances.

When the child starts to rise acetone, he has a worsening appetite, drowsiness, lethargy, vomiting opens and sometimes the body temperature rises. In order to alleviate the condition of the child, it is necessary to adhere to certain dietary rules.

Nutrition rules for acetone

Diet with acetone in the child suggests an exception to his diet:

The child in no case should not be forced to eat, as it can provoke vomiting. The first day do not give the child food. Only liquid in large quantities, but in small portions. Every 10 – 15 minutes it needs to be given on 1 – 2 tsp. water or compote made from dried fruits without sugar, no more. For each kilogram of weight should be 30 ml of liquid.

If the second day the child's well-being will improve, you can give him a bread crumb without any additives. At the same time, it should be given only if the child has expressed a desire to eat something.

On the third day, if you feel better, the baby can be offered an apple, a decoction of rice or a cookie. Adding oils and other fats when making a decoction is impossible.

On fourth day you can offer the child a vegetable soup or porridge, cooked on the water from corn, rice or buckwheat porridge. In soups, you can add a little potatoes.

On 5 – 6 day with positive dynamics in the diet can include low-fat varieties of meat and fish and a little vegetable oil.

Diet after acetone in children should be observed for another two to three weeks. In this case, all food should be fresh, and the dishes should be boiled or cooked for a couple. Fried food should be excluded from the diet.
