Natural butter contains in its composition not only cholesterol, but also a substance such as lecithin. It produces the opposite effect, splitting the molecules of cholesterol and reducing its concentration in the blood. The proportional content of lecithin and cholesterol in butter is in balance, so that it can be argued that the oil has no harmful effect on the body.
