  • low-fat dairy products;
  • vegetables (potatoes are excluded);
  • fruit (bananas and grapes are excluded).

The use of products should occur in approximately the following order:

  • завтрак: eggs and fruits. Fruits should be the same sorts, preferably for breakfast to eat citrus fruits. The number of eggs should not exceed 2 pieces, they can be eaten both in boiled form and in the form of a steamed omelette;

  • 10-й день: broth of wild rose in unlimited quantities.

This diet in the people received another name – "1 DAY Egg Diet". Gives excellent results, but requires withdrawal from it. Adding other foods to the diet should be gradual, with the main emphasis being on vegetables and fruits.
