The third day has a diet of protein and carbohydrates with a total caloric content of 800 kcal. The menu consists of grapefruit (4 pieces) and boiled eggs (also 4 pieces). Meals should take place every 2-2,5 hours, the products alternate with each other.

Walking in the air or playing sports will help to speed up the action of the express diet, and in a minimal period the problem of extra three or four kilograms will be solved. Breakfast: lean curd – 100g, lean yogurt – 100g, orange.

Lunch: raw vegetables to choose from and without restrictions.

During the diet, you should always drink 2-3 a liter of clean water every day. The above products for each day should be distributed evenly at 5-6 receptions. For the preparation of juices, apples, grapefruits, pomegranates, and oranges are used. Preparing for a diet starts in two days and consists of reducing the amount of salt and caloric content of food by half. Remember – the diet is designed for seven days and no more. Any express method of weight loss will benefit only if you have a good health. Diseases, overwork, stress, lack of sleep are contraindications to the diet.
