Manna porridge is known all over the world for its stunning taste and cheapness. This product is fed almost all children on the globe. In the people there is an opinion that they are getting better from semolina porridge. However, if doctors believe dieticians, it depends on how to prepare it. If you add sugar, butter, honey and other additives, it is natural that it will contain many calories.
But if you cook semolina on water or milk with a low percentage of fat without any additives, then it will be considered low-calorie and it can be very easy to lose weight.
Semolina in dry form contains more than 330 kcal per 100 gram. Known is the fact that when contact with water the groats begin to swell and, of course, it will take less to prepare the porridge. As a result, 100 grams of semolina porridge cooked on water contains only 80 kcal, and on milk 100 kcal.
And if a day to eat 3 plates of porridge a day, weighing about 200 grams, then get out just 480-600 kcal per day. Agree, this is very small. Manna diet: option number 1
This diet for semolina is low-calorie and is calculated only for 7 days. During this time, it is quite possible to reset 4-6 kg.
You will have to eat equally for each day (for the sake of a beautiful figure you can and suffer) – three meals a day to eat only semolina porridge, diluting it with various fruits. If you want to achieve maximum effect, do not eat sweet fruits and dried fruits.
For this diet, the porridge is prepared according to the following recipe: bring the milk to 2 boiling, with the fat content no more than 2,5%, and pour into it literally 2 tablespoons of semolina. To improve the taste, add a little salt to the porridge (at the tip of the knife), remove from the plate and let it stand for another X minutes. After which it is ready for use.
So, your menu for the week is as follows:
- завтрак – a portion of porridge + one any fruit of your choice;
- lunch – a portion of porridge + a handful of dried fruits;
- dinner – a portion of cereal with the addition of 1 st.l. of condensed milk.
In addition, it is allowed to drink coffee and tea, but without sugar and no more than 3 mugs per day. But it's recommended to drink water on the contrary, as much as possible.
Manna diet: option number 2
This semolina diet for weight loss has only minor differences from the first option. You will also need to eat three meals a day of semolina, but here the fruit and dried fruits will need to be replaced with jam.
It can be any. You can eat the jam separately (no more than 1 tbsp), or add it directly to the porridge. Otherwise, these diets are the same.
It should be noted that for a more effective result, you need to exercise regularly. Recommended running on the spot, swimming, jumping rope, etc. But do not overdo it. The body will receive the minimum amount of energy and can simply not withstand the load exerted on it. Therefore, listen carefully to it and with the slightest "signals" stop classes and return to the usual way of life.
