Its main principle is the use of strictly permitted products in the menu every day of a certain phase. The main thing is that the effect of losing weight persists for many years if you adhere to the basic principles in the menu throughout your life after following the Ducane diet.

The basic rules of the Ducane diet

The main rules of the Ducane diet are the use every day in the menu of only those products that are acceptable for each phase, as well as regular physical activity (at least 20 minutes each day) and a plentiful drink (at least 1,5 liters of purified water every day). Every day, according to the rules of the Ducane diet, you need to add in the menu 1,5 tablespoons of bran (you can replace them with buckwheat porridge for individual intolerance of the product).

Dukan diet is designed for 4 phases: Attack, Rotation, Fastening, Stabilization.

Phase "Attack" on the diet Dyukana – the most effective, but a short period, during which there is rapid loss of weight. This phase lasts from 3 to 7 days, depending on the number of extra kilograms. In the menu of each day in the Attack phase of the Ducane diet, only protein products are present. The protein gives a lot of energy, and the body's efforts to digest it is higher than the caloric content, which helps to lose weight. Omelette with ham

We beat the eggs with milk. We cut tomatoes and ham into cubes. Fry tomatoes and ham in a frying pan, pour eggs with milk, salt. Top with chopped parsley. Cover with a lid and fry over low heat 5 minutes until cooked.

According to the Ducane diet, an omelette with ham will fit in the menu for every day of any phase.

Soup with meatballs

Add the egg to the stuffing, stir. We form small meatballs. We clean vegetables, cut into small cubes. In a frying pan fry the onions, add carrots and peppers to it. Fry 2 minutes. Pour into the pan water, bring to a boil, salt. Gently throw into the boiling water meatballs one by one. We stir. After 5 minutes, add the vegetable sauce to the soup, cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Top with sprinkled chopped herbs.

In the phase of "Alternation" Ducane diet is recommended to include in the menu for dinner soup with meatballs. At will, you can at least every day.

Seafood salad

Boil seafood in boiling water 7 minutes. Drain the water through a drushel, wash the seafood with cold water. We cut tomatoes into cubes. Grind the lettuce leaves. All mixed, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice. Solim to taste.

"Monomakh" salad

Breast is boiled, cooled, cut into strips. Cucumber is peeled, cut into rings. Cut tomatoes into slices. Carrots three on a large grater, chop the onions. Mix all the ingredients in the dishes, salt. We mix the butter with mustard and pour the salad with the resulting sauce. We serve on a plate decorated with lettuce leaves.

Every day, there is no such salad, but to include it a couple of times in your diet menu Dyukan in the final stage "Stabilization" does not hurt.
