- Fish (canned, baked, fried, raw);
- Crab sticks (not more than 7-8 pcs at a time);
- Dairy and sour-milk products are fat-free. Yogurts are exclusively natural;
- Chicken and quail eggs. The protein is unlimited. Yolk – no more than 2 pcs per day.
Dukan’s diet during the “Attack” stage allows the use of the following supplements in the menu:
- Apple, balsamic, soy vinegar;
- Mustard, salt;
- Substitutes of sugar (the use of sugar on the Dukan diet “Attack” is strictly prohibited);
- Vegetable, rapeseed and olive oil (no more than 1 dessert spoon per day);
- Tomato paste (up to 2 tbsp per day);
- Gherkins (no more than 2 pcs per day);
- Lemon juice as a seasoning for dishes;
- Spices and herbs: onions, parsley, cumin;
- Yeast, gelatin, baking powder.
According to the “Attack” diet allowed the use of the following drinks: black, green and herbal tea without sugar, coffee, broths and tinctures of berries.

Dukan Diet “Attack” – menu for a week (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, late dinner):
- Omelet. Ham is low-fat;
- Chicken soup; 2 slices of bread from bran;
- Skim cheese;
- Cutlets from turkey;
- Kefir 1 glass.
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled. Milk;
- Ear from carp. Filet of carp;
- Fillet of salmon with cornichons;

Veal steak with mustard
My meat, cut into pieces in 3 cm width. On a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, saute steaks on each side for 3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and fry for another 3 minutes from each side until cooked. The prepared dish is served in warmed plates. Top with mustard oil. If desired, you can decorate with parsley.

Dorado grilled with herbs and lemon
Dorado clean, remove the gills. Carefully wash under running water, then pickle with spices, salt, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Lubricate on both sides with olive oil. Lemon mode lobules put on top of the fish and inside (in the abdomen). Fry on the grill 8-10 minutes on each side.

Beef tongue with soy sauce
The tongue is boiled until ready (about 45 minutes in boiling water). Large cut into slices. Peel the carrots and onions from the peel, cut into cubes. Carcass rabbit cut into parts, mine, dry. Fry until golden in a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. We put the meat in the dishes. In a frying pan fry the onion until golden, add the flour, mix thoroughly, add the tomato paste, salt, add the greens to taste. Add the gravy to the meat container. Simmer on a slow fire under the lid 1 hour.
