The best thing is not to "sit" on a diet, but live on it, because the right diet is our daily diet, something that we must eat every day without sacrificing ourselves and harming our health. It's good to live and eat with pleasure – is not it great? So, you need to find your own recipes for weight loss, which then become a lifestyle, your daily diet. Not applying any titanic efforts, properly eating and adhering to the principle of "eat less, but move and drink more", you can easily reset 10-15 kg weight in just 3-4 months. Verified!

- We all know that the habit is rarely, but accurately, promotes weight gain. Therefore, eat a little, but often. This means that between meals should pass no more than 2-3 hours.
- Be sure to observe the drinking regime. Let not 2 liters a day, but you will master a liter!
- Decrease the amount of salt decisively. This way you will help your kidneys. And the volumes will go much more fun.
- The food must be freshly prepared. No shop semi-finished products!
- Finally, shift the balance towards fresh fruits and vegetables (with fruits neat, remember the calories).

Salad of red cabbage
500 g red cabbage,
3 welded in the uniform of potatoes,
1 salted cucumber,
2-3 st. l. vegetable oil.
Shred cabbage, scald with boiling water to make the color brighter. Add chilled peeled and diced potatoes. Season the salad with vegetable oil mixed with chopped onion and sprinkle with finely chopped salted cucumber.
Red cabbage and other vegetables, painted in dark colors, are rich in flavonoids. Often include them in your diet.
And in the next recipe the main role is played by seeds. And the seeds of sunflower can be replaced by absolutely any (pumpkin, for example).
Salad from Peking cabbage with cherry tomatoes and sunflower seeds
300 g of Peking cabbage,
200 g of cherry tomatoes,
& frac12; Art. sunflower seeds,
1 a bunch of parsley,
vegetable oil and salt – to taste.
Cut the Peking cabbage with straws, cut the tomatoes in half. Seeds of sunflower seeds pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain the water and add to the vegetables. Season the salad with vegetable oil, salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Do not ignore the first dishes. Soups for weight loss – a great thing, especially if they are cooked on vegetable broth, because it is more useful. In general, those who decided to lose weight, it is not recommended to prepare strong, rich meat broth.
Borsch with prunes
Sour cream and salt – to taste.
Cabbage chop, beet and onions cut arbitrarily. Fold the vegetables in a saucepan, add butter, a little water and cook until soft. To speed up the cooking process, beets can be boiled in advance. Then pour hot water to the desired rate. Prune thoroughly and boil it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Broth pour into the soup, add salt to taste, prunes spread on plates, pour borscht and season with sour cream.
Feel free to use spices in cooking. Cottage cheese, cereals, legumes are a mucus-forming food. Add to the dishes red and black ground pepper, ginger, which reduce mucus and improve digestion, "accelerating" the metabolism.
Puff soup with turnips and greens
300 g white cabbage,
1 a small turnip,
1 st. l. dried greenery,
a pinch of black ground pepper,
Soak the washed peas in cold water for 12 hours. Then pour out the water, and place the peas in a saucepan with finely chopped carrots, cabbage, potatoes and boil them. Add to them a randomly chopped turnips and chopped onions. When all the vegetables are ready, remove them, rub with a blender and put them back into the pan. Add a spoonful of butter, salt and let a little paw. Ready pottage pour on plates, add to each dried herbs and sprinkle with black pepper.
When cooking dishes from poultry, meat, fish, use as much greens as possible. Animal proteins are better absorbed with vitamins and mineral salts, so on a garnish for meat and fish, serve vegetables and greens, and, the more, the better.
Chicken with spicy vegetables
10 peas of black fragrant pepper,
Chop the chicken into portions and lay it in a saucepan with chopped onions, cloves of garlic, parsley greens, bay leaf, black pepper. Add butter and hot water. Close the lid tightly and boil it over low heat until the water evaporates.
200 g of string bean.
1 root of parsley,
1 pinch of hot chili pepper,
Cook vegetable broth from carrots, onions, green beans and parsley root. Do not solite! Cut meat with plates, beat off and put into boiling vegetable broth. Salt a little, add the chili pepper. After 10-15 minutes the meat will be ready, serve it to the table with greens and vegetable salads.
Fish with vegetables baked in Israeli style
2 cloves of garlic,
black pepper and salt – to taste.
Prepare the fish, salt, pepper, grate the chopped garlic and place on a baking tray. Cover finely chopped tomatoes and bake in the oven until cooked.
Vegetables with sauce, baked according to an old recipe
& frac12; Art. green peas,
150 g of stalks of celery.
150 g hard cheese,
& frac12; Art. low-fat sour cream or natural yoghurt,
3 st. vegetable broth,
Cook potatoes, carrots, beans, green peas. Cut the vegetables into cubes, pour the sauce cooked on sour cream and grated cheese. Put on a baking tray, sprinkle with the remains of cheese and finely chopped celery stalks, sprinkle with oil and brown in the oven.
Do not be surprised when you meet sour cream or butter in your weight loss recipes. Fats, including animals, are very important. Just they should be in moderation
