Which rice is suitable for a diet?

To achieve maximum results when observing a rice diet, it is necessary to choose the right ingredient – Fig. The usual round-rice, which is sold in all grocery stores, will not work. It contains too much starch, and even before it gets on the shelves it goes through a multi-stage cleaning, which leads to a deterioration in its quality – it loses most of its nutrients.

Principles of a weekly rice diet

Rice diet will be really effective if you apply the following rules:

  • drink plenty of fluids, at least 2 liters (it can be substituted for unsweetened green tea);
  • to consume lean protein foods (dietary meat, seafood, lentils, etc.), but not more than 200 grams per day;
  • completely exclude from the diet products that contain "harmful" fats and simple carbohydrates (baked goods, sweets, fried foods, etc.).

It is very important to monitor your well-being throughout the whole diet. As soon as you feel dizzy, fatigued or have a headache, immediately return to the usual diet.

The rice diet on 7 days has the following menu in the numerals denoted days):

  1. Breakfast – a portion of boiled rice, one green apple, rye toast.

Dinner – a portion of vegetable broth, a piece of boiled chicken breast, a portion of boiled rice (it can be added chopped greens).

Dinner – a portion of boiled rice, stewed vegetables, you are allowed to eat natural yogurt.

  • Breakfast – a serving of rice, one fruit to choose from.

    Dinner – a portion of fish soup, boiled lentils mixed in half with rice.

    Dinner – steam omelet and a glass of yogurt.

  • Breakfast – a portion of boiled rice, one banana.

    Dinner – a portion of vegetable broth, a piece of boiled chicken breast, a portion of boiled rice.

    Dinner – vegetable salad, low-fat cottage cheese.

  • Breakfast – a portion of boiled rice, a pair of ripe pears.

    Dinner – soup on a meat broth, boiled peas, mixed with rice and greens.

    Dinner – Boiled rice with any choice of boiled meat, a glass of skimmed yogurt.

  • Breakfast – a portion of boiled rice with the addition of a tablespoon of natural honey, 200 grams of dried fruits.

    Dinner – vegetable salad, steamed fish and boiled rice.

    Dinner – boiled rice with stewed vegetables, low-fat cottage cheese.

  • Breakfast – natural yoghurt, fruit salad.

    Dinner – rice with baked vegetables.

    Dinner – rice with green peas, a glass of fat-free yogurt.

  • Breakfast – low-fat cottage cheese, any fruit to choose from.

    Dinner – a portion of vegetable broth, a piece of boiled chicken breast, a portion of boiled rice.
