Due to its unique composition, rice allows to purify the whole organism from slag and other harmful substances. If other foods that we are recommended to use during weight loss, clean only the intestines, then rice provides cleaning of the entire body, while it saturates it with useful substances.

But it should be noted that any rice diet for body cleansing should be observed no more than two weeks and if it is observed in the diet should be present either brown rice or wild (black rice). It is in their composition that there are those substances that purify the body. The usual white rice habitually familiar to us, unfortunately, is not suitable for such a diet, since during cleaning, the most important part of the cellulose contained in it, which normalizes the digestive tract, is removed from it, and this is necessary for any diet. Rice diet 3 days

This diet, as it became clear from the title, is designed for 3 days. More "sit" on it is impossible. During this period, you can get rid of a few pounds, and, the more excess weight, the more kilograms you will be able to lose with this diet.

When it is observed, not only toxins and toxins are removed from the body, but also from the salt that has accumulated in you for a long time. And salt, as is known, detains in the body excess fluid, resulting in an increase in weight and swelling of the face and extremities in the mornings and evenings.

The 3 diet of the day rice does not have a special menu. During the whole period of its observance, one rice should be eaten. For one day you only need one glass of brown rice, which you need to boil in the usual way, but without the addition of salt and any spices.

Together with rice, you can eat a small piece of boiled meat or fish without salt, no more than 200 g per day.

But besides this you will need to eat every day a half a kilogram of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as drink unsweetened fruit juices (ideally juice from a green apple), as well as unsweetened green tea. Compliance with the drinking regime is also necessary here. For a day you need to consume at least 1,5 liters of ordinary drinking water. You can repeat the diet every two weeks. In one week, you can reset from 3 to 5 kg.

Diet on rice for 14 days

Rice diet for 14 days implies the consumption of rice, vegetables and fruits. And to improve the results, it is also recommended to use herbal infusions, green tea and drinking water up to 2 liters per day.

You can make a menu of such a diet yourself. However, it should be noted that everything that you do not prepare yourself during a diet should be prepared for a couple and without the addition of salt and spices. We offer you a one-week menu, so you understand approximately by what principle you will have to eat. for the second week this menu can be repeated, and you can create yourself, taking into account all the features of this diet.

Day one

  • breakfast: rice boiled with the addition of a small amount of lemon peel and lemon juice, you can eat another green apple and drink a cup of green tea and herbal infusion;
  • lunch: boiled rice mixed with chopped greens and vegetable with the addition of a small amount of olive oil;
  • dinner: rice boiled with a small amount of stewed carrots, a cup of green tea or herbal infusion, you can also eat vegetable broth.

Day two

  • breakfast: boiled rice mixed with low-fat sour cream (1 tsp) and orange peel, a cup of green tea or herbal infusion;
  • lunch: one serving of vegetable broth with vegetables and boiled rice;
  • dinner: boiled rice with a small amount of stewed vegetables, a cup of green tea or a herbal infusion.

Day three

  • breakfast: boiled rice one serving with cinnamon, one medium-sized apple, pear and one cup of green tea or herbal infusion;
  • lunch: a portion of boiled rice with mushrooms (they can be boiled, and can be fried in a pan with the addition of olive oil), vegetable salad dressed with a small amount of vinegar and olive oil;
  • dinner: a serving of vegetable broth and boiled rice with steamed broccoli.

Day Four

  • breakfast: a serving of rice milk porridge without sugar and oil, as well as fruit salad with the addition of rice flakes;
  • lunch: a portion of boiled rice with stewed carrots, raw lettuce and radish, you can also drink a cup of green tea or herbal infusion;
  • dinner: a portion of boiled rice with chopped parsley, vegetable broth with vegetables.

Day five

  • breakfast: a portion of boiled rice with the addition of raisins or grapes, a cup of green tea or a herbal infusion;
  • lunch: a portion of boiled rice with steamed vegetables, one serving of vegetable broth;
  • dinner: a portion of boiled rice, green onions, lettuce leaves and one teaspoon of chopped walnuts.

Day Six

  • breakfast: a portion of boiled rice with the addition of chopped walnuts, dates and pears, as well as a cup of green tea or herbal infusion;
  • lunch: a serving of vegetable broth and a portion of boiled rice with one tablespoon of olive oil added;
  • dinner: a portion of boiled rice with chopped greens, a teaspoon of honey and the same amount of sour cream or cream.

Day Seven

  • breakfast: a portion of boiled rice with the addition of a couple drops of lemon juice, as well as crushed apples and pears, a cup of green tea or a herbal infusion;
  • lunch: boiled rice and a portion of vegetable broth, as well as lettuce leaves;
  • dinner: a serving of vegetable broth and a portion of boiled rice with the addition of olive oil and basil, as well as a cup of green tea or herbal infusion.
