Rise in socks with dumbbells

Ascent to the toes with standing dumbbells – technique of performing the exercise:

  1. Stand straight, holding a dumbbell in your hands. Place the socks on a solid and stable wooden stand (5-8 cm in height) so that your heels touch the floor, as shown. This will be your starting position.
  2. Socks should be forward (for equal loading on all parts of the calf muscles), slightly inside (for loading on the outside) or slightly sideways (in order to load the inner part). On exhalation tear off the heels from the floor, rising to the socks. Hold in this position for 1-2 seconds.
  3. On inhalation, return to the starting position by lowering the heels to the floor.
  4. Carry out the necessary number of repetitions.

Tip: As you gain experience and strength, use straps to avoid damaging your wrists and prevent dumbbells from slipping out of your hand.

I just can not do the exercise, I fall off the stand. What to do?

Tell me, please, how can I replace the stand?

I advise the "Children's Encyclopedia"

Oh, I'm not the only one)

Oh, there are four of us already.

I use the three-volume Lord of the Rings))

I want to improve the shape of the leg-hole below the knees, what exercises do you do to build up the muscles inside the calves? I suffer from the hole.

Socks should be pointed forward (for equal loading on all parts of the calf muscles), slightly inside (for loading on the outside) or slightly sideways (in order to load the inner part)
