The list of permitted products includes a whole list of products containing proteins, carbohydrates, fiber and fats. It is allowed to eat lean beef, chicken fillet, offal, lean fish, milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese and other sour-milk products containing useful bifidobacteria, lentils, beans and peas. You should prefer porridge, brown rice, buckwheat and other dark cereals, bezdrozhzhevo bread, you can even pamper yourself with pasta and potatoes, but not more often than once a week. Spring diet "Viva to vegetables and fruits!"

Here everything is very simple. Daily dieting is recommended to eat 500 g of raw vegetables, 500 g fresh fruit, 100 g berries, 1 egg, 150 grams of boiled lean meat, 100 grams of lean boiled fish, 300 g of dairy products, 200 g cereals, 50 g legumes, 200 ml of juices , 30 g of nuts, green tea, water, dried fruit compotes – 2 liters. Sugar, salt, flour products, fats, coffee, alcohol – banned. Last meal for 3-4 hours before bedtime. The diet strengthens the immune system and cleanses the body of toxins. For 10 days, strictly following the rules, you can lose weight on 3-5 kg.

Spring diet "Getting ready for summer!"

The principles of this diet are not too different from the standard recommendations of adherents of a healthy diet. All is not new: refusal of all zharenogo-smoked-salted-canned, refusal of alcohol and other bad habits and increase in physical activity. There are some special features:

  • During the diet, reduce the consumption of fruit to a minimum, and ban bananas and grapes altogether.   • From this follows the following rule: more protein! All kinds of low-fat meat (turkey, chicken, lean pork, veal, rabbit), as well as any fish, including fat, will give the amount of protein that will build for you your new body. Do not forget about vegetable proteins, discover a great variety of legumes.
  • Increased consumption of protein products implies their proper combination with other foods. In any case, do not eat high-protein meals with cereals, pasta and potatoes. No bread, not even a very useful grain. Only vegetables – and there should be a lot of them. Cook them for a couple, stew, bake, boil and even fry in a good vegetable oil, but do not forget that most of them are most useful in fresh form.
  • Another important component of this diet is greens. It's not just the usual parsley, dill or green onions. On your own window sill you can grow a real green garden with a variety of grasses, and you do not have to overpay in the eco-department of the supermarket for a bag of arugula, which in our country is for some reason considered a weed. Greens are good not only as an additive to the soup or salad, some kinds of greenery look great in super-useful green smoothies, delicious and stuffed with vitamins under the string.
  • As for the usefulness of lactic acid bacteria, fierce controversy is now under way. Your business: you want to drink kefir – drink. Buy natural yoghurt. Do not be fooled by advertising and focus only on the timing of storage. If your body does not categorically accept dairy products, drink compressed milk-acid bacteria, these powders and tablets are sold in any pharmacy. As for whole milk, keep in mind that fresh milk has the property of forming an increased amount of mucus in the body. This is very useful for poisoning, but drinking milk every day is still undesirable.
  • Often cook yourself soups. Any, meat, fish, chicken or simply vegetable – they all fill the stomach and do not fill you with calories. And no bread, remember?
  • And the last recommendation, anti-advertising. Do not start the morning with muesli, cereal and other "useful" semi-finished products.
