250 g mixed with half banana and apple strawberries

Strawberries – 100; mix in a blender with low-fat milk – 100 ml. Add half a teaspoon of honey

Mix 300 g of boiled asparagus with 150 g strawberries, add a little boiled chicken fillet and cucumber.

In 150 g strawberries add a little low-fat yogurt. Also add 2 tablespoons oat flakes and a little honey

Cut a couple of potatoes in a uniform, add 50 g cottage cheese (lean), 100 g strawberries, a floor bulb. Mix lemon juice (teaspoon) and 50 g skim yogurt and refill the dish

Prepare a mixture of 50 g cottage cheese and 150 g strawberries, grease it with a couple of slices of whole grain bread

Mix 150 g strawberries, 100 ml Pineapple Frechet and 50 g low-fat yogurt

200 g strawberries mixed with 100 g cooked on water oatmeal

Mix skimmed yogurt, 150 g strawberries and a teaspoon of honey

Low-fat cottage cheese, 100 g strawberries, a bunch of greens, 200 g cucumbers fill with low-fat yogurt – 30 ml

Pour kefir oat flakes (five tablespoons), let it brew. Add the strawberries (150 g) and stir

Mix a teaspoon of honey, low-fat kefir and 150 g strawberries

Boiled peas, turkey breast – 50 g, 150 g strawberries

Grind 150 g strawberries, mix with honey (teaspoon) and orange juice (150 ml)

Boil 150 g of potatoes with 100 g of cauliflower and carrots

Prepare a mixture of 100 g strawberry and 30 g cottage cheese skim, spread a couple of slices of bread

Cut 100 g strawberries, add half an orange and an apple floor. Salad refill 150 ml of yogurt or kefir and honey (teaspoon)

Stew with onions, beets and carrots 100 g fish (sea). Dessert – 100 g strawberries

Mix pineapple juice – 100 ml, low-fat yogurt – 50 g, strawberry – 150 g

Grind leaf lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and season with oil (olive). Dessert – Strawberry – 100
