Types of vegetable diet

  • Celery root 200 gr;
  • Cabbage 1 small cabana;

  1. Peel onion, finely chopped.

  • Salad "Mistletka" 300 gr;
  • 1 a glass of kefir 1% with dill;
  • Green cabbage soup 350 ml. 2 a piece of rye bread;
  • Carrot smoothies 1 glass (200 ml);
  • Boiled potatoes with herbs 200 gr. Salad of cucumbers and tomatoes 250 gr.
  • Salad of grated carrots, seasoned with lemon juice 300 gr;
  • Cucumber tomato;
  • Green borsch 300 ml. 2 a piece of rye bread;
  • Tomato juice 1 glass;
  • Low-fat curd 200 gr. Salad "Vitamin" 300 gr.
  • Cottage cheese with herbs, dressed with natural yoghurt 250 gr;
  • "Green" smoothies 1 glass;
  • Lenten okroshka, seasoned with yogurt 300 ml. 2 a piece of rye bread;
  • Salad from white cabbage 300 gr;
  • Baked vegetables: zucchini, potatoes, pepper 350 gr.
  • Pumpkin porridge on the water 250 gr;
  • Natural yogurt with herbs 1 glass;
  • Mushroom soup with champignons 300 ml. Rye bread 2 slices;
  • Carrot smoothies 1 glass;
  • Mashed potatoes 200 gr. Salad "Greek" 300 gr.
  • Salad "Greek" 250 gr;
  • Tomato juice 1 glass;
  • Vegetable stew 300 gr;
  • Caviar roe 250 gr;
  • Celery soup 300 gr. Rye bread 2 slices.

  • Tomatoes 2 pcs;
  • Cucumbers 2 pcs;
  • Green onions;
  • Lettuce leaves;
  • Greens (dill, parsley)
  • Vegetable oil 1 tsp;
  • Lemon juice.
  1. Rinse all vegetables thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut tomatoes into slices, cucumber half-rings, chop onion.
  3. Put the leaves of lettuce on a plate, put cucumbers, tomatoes, onions on it.

  • Zucchini 1 pcs;
  • Carrots 1 pcs;
  • Onions 1 pcs;
  • Potatoes 2 pcs;
  • Bulgarian pepper 1 pcs;

  • Salt to taste;
  • Water.
  1. Peel the onions, potatoes and carrots from the peel, remove the seeds from the pepper.
  2. Onion cut into small cubes, grate carrots on a large grater, pepper cut into strips, and potatoes and zucchini in small cubes.
  3. Fry the onion with a vegetable oil frying pan first until the onions are half ready, then add carrots and peppers to it. Stew on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Put the cut potatoes and zucchini into the pan, add the sauce of stewed vegetables, pour the water so that it completely covers all the ingredients.
  5. Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil, add salt to taste, reduce gas and extinguish the vegetables for 25 minutes until ready.

  • Cabbage 1 small cabana;
  • Beet 1 pcs;
  • Carrots 1 pcs;
  • Onions 1 pcs;

  2. Onions, carrots and beets peel.
