- Omelet for a couple of 2 eggs. Grapefruit;
- Salad "Brush" 250 gr;
- Vegetable broth 200 gr. An Apple.
- Low-fat curd, dressed with natural yoghurt 200 gr;
- Vegetable soup. Beetroot salad dressed with lemon juice;
- 1 a glass of kefir 1% with greens.
- Oatmeal. Pear;
- Omelet for a couple of 2 eggs with a tomato;
- Rice dressed with soy sauce. Salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and bell pepper, seasoned with 1 st.l. vegetable oil 200 gr.
During the diet for weight loss and bowel cleansing, you must drink at least 1,5 liters of clean water without gas every day. It is recommended to use additional vitamin C. With a sense of hunger, you can drink a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or water with lemon juice. Also shown is the use of tea (green, herbal) with 1 teaspoon of honey.
