6 – low-fat meat on the grill, green salad leaves, orange or grapefruit;

7 – boiled chicken fillet, fresh tomatoes, orange or grapefruit.

1, 2, 3 day – 2 boiled eggs, orange or grapefruit;

7 – grilled chicken fillet or boiled, fresh tomatoes, orange or grapefruit.

The whole day in any quantity:

2 – steamed vegetables, green lettuce leaves;

3 – Admitted fruit or vegetables for a couple;

6 and 7 – one kind of fruit from the admitted.

6 – 1 toast from whole grain bread, 1 cucumber, 100 g cottage cheese 0% fat or brynza, 200 g boiled chicken fillet;

7 – 1 toast from whole grain bread, 2 fresh tomato, 150 g of boiled fish, 200 g of vegetables, 1 orange and 1 grapefruit.

Features of the menu curd diets
